We are a total parking lot maintenance solution for your asset list. We’ll help with anything in your parking lots, including light concrete work and signage. We are happy to refer quality partners for larger scopes like complete mill and repaves.
Like big asphalt paving companies, we only use hot plant mix from local asphalt suppliers. We bring ours in a custom-built hot box, so it stays at the correct temperature for installation, not in the back of a dump bed. We never use cold patch unless it’s a life safety emergency until we can get one of our trucks to the site.
In almost every case, no. Our custom repair units are a single clean and presentable truck and trailer package with two professionally trained Pothole Heroes. We bring everything with us when we show up on the job site at the scheduled time. No dropping off crew and equipment and then going to the asphalt plant while your parking lot is full of gaping holes. It only takes about 15-20 minutes per repair, and we are out of your way so you can get back to business. We are always happy to work around your schedule, even on nights or weekends.
